My attorney notified this company to cease collection activity, yet they ignored him and they ignored the court order for an automatic stay during bankruptcy. This company continued to attempt to collect a debt by harassing me with numerous letters and phone calls, so my attorney filed a motion for this company to show cause, again they ignored it, and the judge awarded $10,000. If you paid this company by check, please look at the back of your cancelled check and let me know where they bank and their account number to help me collect on the judgement.
