Greg: Yes I applied for a loan through your web site, I followed all the proceedours Be fore 12 clock pm on fri 1-13-06
Cameron: Good morning,

Cameron: In order to be able to assist you, may I have your full name and social security/insurance number?

Greg: I just checked my status and it says Your loan is currently awaiting issuance, please check back in an hour to see if your loan has been issued. But after talking to the loan prosesser she said that it had been aproved and that I should see it by today

Greg: she also said that it would've been sent out by 6:45 pm 1-13-06

Cameron: Thank you for holding.

Cameron: For verification reasons, what repayment date and loan amount have you requested?

Greg: 400.00&1-23-06

Cameron: Your loan is set to be issued on Sunday afternoon. It should be issued in 1-2 business days.

Greg: that is not what I was told yesterday

Greg: on the telephone line

Cameron: I do apologize but we are currently experiencing a delay in our reloans. The loan will get issued at our next export time, at 3pm CST on Sunday.

Greg: well then I think I should have been told this before I finished the call the the person yesterday

Greg: Because now my account will be overdrawn and I will not be able to recover from the delay

Cameron: Even if the loan was issued out last night, it would still hit your account the same time that it will when it is issued tomorrow, most banks take 1-2 business days to process the transaction. So Friday and Sunday will still get the funds into your account at the same time.

Greg: no that is not true I get my paycheck direct deposit, It is sent out to the bank fri. And I see it every sat. I get paid. But in either case I think that I should have been told that it wouldn't be there till after sunday.

Greg: I f this woul'd've been the case I would have never went ahead with my plans and used the money that was already in the account. And now not only will it not be there in time I will have to incure the overdraft charges that will come per insdent

Cameron: The way that our funds are sent out is via an ACH Credit, which do not get processed as soon as they are sent out. On average, and ACH Credit takes 1-2 business days to be processed, normally, it shows up the next business day.
Cameron: If you would like to cancel your loan, I can do that for you.

Greg: no It is noy like that what I am saying is because the money wasn't put in there when I was told it would be. The 400.00 dollars will not cover the exspecess that will incure

Greg: from the overdraft charges

Cameron: I do apologize for the inconvenience ver, as stated above, we are experiencing a delay in our reloans. We work on the files in the order they are received.

Greg: yes true BUT" yourexperiencing a delay in our reloans" is going to cost ME more than just the money that is now missing it is going to cost me over draft charges and as well as a freeze on my account and I will be charged for that to

Cameron: Unfortunately, as stated above, we cannot issue this loan until Sunday Afternoon, and have the funds in your account 1-2 business days after it is issued. The earliest you can expect funds is likely Tuesday, due to the holiday on Monday.

Greg: is there any way to up the amount so that when it does get there that the overages will be covered. It is only going to be about $100.00 more but it would save my account from death

Cameron: Unfortunately, your loan limit with us is $400, which is the maximum we are able to loan to you.

Greg: rather somewhere around 90 or so if you x32.00 per and threr there will only be only 3

Greg: O.K. The you exsplain to me what I am going to do because I am lost now

Cameron: If you are still wanting the $400 loan, we can issue that on Sunday afternoon.

Cameron: We will not be able to issue any more then that.

Greg: the 400.00 is only going to cove what isn't there but it will not cover the over charges or what it will cost me to unfreeze the account

Cameron: As stated above, we will not be able to loan you more then $400, as I have stated above. If you have no further questions regarding this loan, then is there anything else I can help you with today?

Greg: Since it seemes that this as you said your co. Fault I want to know what you are going to do about it

Cameron: Due to a delay in our reloans department, we were unable to issue your loan last night, as we work on the files in the order they are received. The loan will be able to be issued on Sunday afternoon at 3pm CST, and will be in your account 1-2 business days after that. Since it takes 1-2 business days for an ACH Credit to be processed, having it issued last night would not have got it into your account any sooner. I do apologize if you were informed otherwise. We will be able to issue you the $400 to assist you with your financial needs.

Cameron: Is there anything else I can help you with today?

Greg: But If that was true that WHY didn't your co. Tell me that so that this wouldnt have happened in THE FIRST PLACE

Cameron: I do apologize if you were misinformed about this, Mr. Stephens. These are our company policies, and you should have been informed of this up front.

Greg: you can say your sorry all you want but I am screewed

Cameron: I have explained your options to you, Mr. Stephens. You can proceed with the $400 loan or cancel it. Which would you prefer?

Greg: you ARE right I should have but wasn't. So that would seem like a failure on your folks not on me but you are tring to tell me that OOPS we messed up we are sorry but you are on your own even though it IS our fault. Is this what you are telling me?

Cameron: Other then that issue, is there any other issues that I can address for you, as I have explained this to you above already.

Cameron: If you would like to address this further, you can call in after 9am Central time and speak with a supervisor.

Greg: yes I would like a answer to my quetion yes or no? It is as simple as that. If ti is yes then fine I want to cansel the loan. So I won't won't be charged for YOUR mess up from your CO. But if the answer is no then maybe we can work this out.

Cameron: It does appear that, if what you have told me is true, then yes, you were misinformed.

Greg: So even though it IS or fault that I am Know in dept up to my ears. That you and your CO. That your just going to drop me just like that and leave me holding the bag?
