I was contacted by Galaxy Credit on Thursday January 3 regarding an alleged outstanding payment for an "ESPN the Magazine" subscription which had been renewed in August. The rep I spoke with told me that because receipt of payment had not been received NR & Associates sent the claim to Galaxy Credit for collection. The outstanding balance was $58 and I was told if I did not pay this amount it would adversely affect my credit rating.

All claims made by galaxy credit and nr & associates are fraudulent, manipulative, misleading, unethical, and illegal!

I contacted "ESPN the Magazine" which informed me that my subscription has been paid in full which I knew prior to Galaxy Credit even contacting me because my subscription has continued uninterrupted for nearly 4 years!
