RIPOFF attempted classic bait and switch tactic

I was just getting into real estate investing and was looking for a lender to help me close my first deal. Did alot of research on some different lenders and settled with CORBANC

Long story very short, they pulled the typical bait and switch. The broker promised me a rate, and a certain mortgage product. Once they got my business they were also very bad about returning my correspondence. When I finally got ahold of them and demanded they shoe me my final numbers, of course things had "changed". Teh product they finally provided was completley unsatisfactory.

Luckly my business partner seen this coming and we had another lender on line.
