Feedom gold sent my daughter a freedom gold $5,000 credit line card. The letter inside said, we understand how hard you've worked to re-establish your credit. Get this my daughter does not even have credit! When we recieved the letter the credit card was already activatied without authorzation from her.
In the letter it also said $149.00 enrollment fee will be deducted from her checking account, but she dont even have a checking account with any bank. Well come to find out they took the $149.00 out of my checking account wich my daughter is not even on. I called the customer service number and all i got was a recording, never could talk to any representive.
In the recording it said press 1 to cancel your credit line, so i pressed 1 it never gave me a conformation number at anytime during this process. My daughter, me, nor my husband has ever talked to them or heard of them before. However they knew my daughters name, address, phone number, and my checking account number. This really pisses me off that some sorry a* wipes wanna do stuff like this to people!
Now my account is over drawn and I have to pay money to get it back to a positive amount. Also I have to open another account so these money theives cant take anymore money from me. I also have been spending alot of time correcting this stuff.
I wanna know if theres anything i can do about these lying theives!!! I would like to take futher action!
