On November 1, I received a blue card in the mail stating that I could get a credit card with a $4000.00 limit. I needed to call and activate the card. Upon calling I set it up so that my money $241.00 was to be taken out of my bank account which I use to save money for my three daughters finances.
The money was to be taken out of my account on December 6 when my pay check will arrive to the bank. The employee stated I will receive my card within 6-8 weeks. The employee also stated that I was entitled to a 3 day vacation of choice, a satellite tv system, and a IBM personal computer as a bonus.
Upon seeing my bank statement, The money was taken out of my account on December 6. So I decided to call Titanium blue to verify that everything I done was correct. Until today, March 19 I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company, the phone number I have (1800) 279-9606 does not exist no more. I havent received my card, nor my bonuses up to date.
