Ameriquest is trying to rip me off by taking my home away from me and my four children and leave us homeless. I was ill and my mortgage fell behind. I tried contacting ameriquest to make some kind of arrangements, I was told that I needed to pay all the monies that I was late with. I even tried to contact other parties to get help, I called homesavers they misled me by telling me that they will take care of this problem for me for a fee of 500.00.
I thought they were sincere so I sent them the money not knowing that they only was going to make arrangements if they could but they couldn't so that was 500.00 that I lost. I contacted Ameriquest on Monday like I do every other day, I was told until today that my house was going through foreclosure started October 13 and I never received any notice or phone calls nothing. They told me that I had to pay 5000.00 before my house will be brought out of foreclosure. They won't accept the 1000.00 that I tried to send them because I only owed them for three months now they're charging me an additional 3000.00 for foreclosure. I'm stressed out and I don't know who to call or what to do SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
