In october 02 my business which is in the semiconductor industry was hit with a serious down turn. I am a single mom with only one income. MY income dropped 75% in one week. I was late on my mortgage and OCWEN refused to work with me and turned my account into their own attorneys hands. THey posted a forclosure sign on my property after I had caught the payments up in feb of this year. They refused to take a any amount of payment except for the four months full payment to be sent western union. THey were rude, heartless, and thoughtless and would nothing to work with my current financial situation. My load was sold to them by another company. I have been told my many loan companies that OCWEN goes for the throat and they will take your last dime. I am shocked that a company that big does not have any compansion or the means to work out payment plans with their customerss.
