I have an account with an friend. A while back $199.95 was taken out amd my friemd did not tell me. Now it had been a year and I have bee tring to get a hold of this company. Now because it has been so long I don't know if I have any way of getting my money back. They took money that did not belong to them. I am a college student and I don't have any money to give away. It made the account over drath and now me or my friend cannot open another account at any other bank. I just want my money back and the over drath fees that these people caused. What do I do?
