I too went for their free credit report and started being charged $9.95/mo. The account they charged from is my "On-line Account", that is my account that I only use On-line. I only keep a limited balance in that account so their unauthorized charge bounced. 3 times and I NEVER recieved my "free" credit report. When I contacted these people they were very rude and refused to cancel my account. They hung up on me. I couldn't believe it! I plan to take further action against these peple and try to recoup my money and bounced check charges. I can't believe companies like this are allowed to exist.
