Ripoff reopens closed accounts without permission

I moved to Georgia in 2000 and closed my account at Hibernia.in 2001 they reopened my account allowing AOL to charge me for a closed account (AOL is famous for that). They have reported my account to Chex systems preventing me from opening a checking account.

Whatever you do DON'T do business with them they will f* you when you leave them!
