GE Card ripoff United States

I was charged by this company a late fee of $25.00 and they told me that I was 30 days late. This incident happened March. I told them (Ge Card Co) that it was also late when I received their bill which was handed over to me by my neighbor. I just learned that my mail was dropped in someone else mail box that is why I did not get my mail on time.

I explained it to them but they did not consider my alibi. I just found out about it when I check my credit report. This was the reason why I was denied of my credit when I applied to purchase a computer. Since this was the first time it happened and I really am willing to pay my dues, I think I deserved to be treated fairly. As a matter of fact I paid the whole balance in full. I already closed the account.
