For months now we've received a $12.00 charge on our debit card from the above. I know my husband has gotten credit reports online, but, it's not to be a constant charge. After seeing the charge today, I searched and saw all these complaints here and elsewhere about the same company. I can't get anyone on the 800 number and my bank tells us that there is NOTHING that can be done to stop recurring Debit charges, we have to go through the people.
I don't know what to do. While $12 is not a lot of money, it's certainly being taken from us.
SURELY the bank could put a stop on charges, to say otherwise is ridiculous if they can stop a check they can stop a debit charge.
I feel a little helpless after reading all these.
