Mike O'brien formerly president of Gresham Financial show great sign of unscrupulous business tactics.
He failed to pay his employees from Gresham Financial, bounced group insurance checks, did not pay the state income taxes, and changed the name of the company to Electronic Financial Services after defaulting on private investors.
Be very carefull of doing business with this man.
