Like many others on here, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Sureway Beneficial.
I was told that I would receive a credit card with a $2,000 limit unsecured and was already approved.
The company did debit my account for the $249 fee. I have yet to receive anything from them over 30 days later.
It is obvious that their phone number goes to a 3rd party location that handles multiple businesses because I was asked, more than once, the name of the company I was calling about.
It is also obvious that the 3rd party location is a run-around because they don't have any information and will tell you to wait for your card in the mail. They are reading canned responses because I have done that type of work before and it's obvious.
I am in the process of seeking legal recourse because this is obviously fraud based on my treatment and seeing all the other complaints on the web.
