Richard Powell And David Spencer FRAUDLENT COMPANY WHO WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ripoff SYOSSET NEW YORK

I was told I was approved for a $15,000.00 but because my credit was not pefect I had to secure my loan with a $1077.00 payment and my first payment would not be due until 4 months because the secured payment was for the first 3 months of the loan. Well needless to say I sent the money to they phonies and never received my loan.

I started calling them and never got a phone call back. After constantly calling non stop all day leaving nasty messages I got a phone call back from a David Spenser who told me that I would have to secure my loan with an additional $1077.00. When I told him no and that I wanted my money back he said I would have my refund and he would call me back once he finished up the paperwork to send my refund via certified check. Ok, it's 2 weeks later no call no nothing.

I have contacted the BBB, The Federal Trades Commisson, The AG in New York, My local authorities and the AG here in Michigan.

I am going to sue this company and get my money back.

Whatever you do, do not use this company they are a ripoff and they are frauds who prey on the people with credit problems.
