I have sent two emails to no avail requesting more information about this company G H aka Golden Harvest. Here is the final letter to them:
I am very concerned. Per emails I have received from you, I want to believe that I am receiving true email and services from a legitimate company. My experiences have been terrible.in the last 45 days, I have been bilked out of monies from companies promising to deliver a product, a tangible product.
I received the email confirming delivery (minus shipment confirming #), only to discover that the office does not exist and is a front. Another, I had order through another website advertising to deliver secrets to repair credit only to find out this; there were no secrets. I had the same information I purchased for $60 less; FREE.
I do not wish to be categorized as gullible and/or a sucker hope you will provide me with additional credentials, a phone #, etc. It turns out that 5 lenders, you referred me to have denied me. The 6th one automatically would not consider a completed application because I cannot of filed bankruptcy. I have printed all of the Denial, Credit application results from each creditor. I will mail these as certified/return receipt mail.
I followed your email to the tee when it came to filling out the application correctly and waiting for the answer before applying to the next. Your site attracted me because of your 98% success stated rate. Am I the 2%? Short of contacting my lawyer, I wanted to give you the benefit of doubt first that you are FOR REAL. Please redeem me. I want to believe that this was a good cause. I do not have money to be throwing away.

Based on the responses I have received from them, I have initiated my own investigation calling on the same "As Seen on TV" TV Stars Badcreditloansources sites as backing up their business The View, Oprah, Montel Williams, and Good Morning America. I have also written to 20/20 requested assistance. I will be contacting my lawyer Monday, 5/16.
I don't have this kind of money to waste on a company who fails to deliver the goods as Guaranteed on their website. Nor is it good business practice to hide your credentials or privacy policy. If this was a "good" company they would have been more than happy to provide any information requested.
When G.H. State that refunds can only -legally - be issued by us, that is not necessarily true. If their is any question to the legitimacy of the process one can dispute the charges legally with their credit card company. They, the credit card company provide thorough investigations.
It is not illegal to dispute the charges on your credit card when and if the process has been done correctly. The credit card companies are more than aware of these regulations and will do nothing to jeapordize their status.
I hope that we can combat these "so called" internet companies popping up by leaps and bounds, all due to the access of internet trafficking and no federal guidelines established protecting us from these theifs.
Lets do something about this! There has got to be a way for us to protect ourselves from these criminals preying on innocent souls. I am going to fight the fight and ask that a policy be established regulating the internet - starting now!
