I originally signed up for a program to help locate and buy a home at foreclosure pricing. The cost of the program was $4,409.00. The program was to include, mentoring sessions, web site, customer service, and most importantly they promised me they had lenders that I would find no problem getting approved through.
Once I realized the program wasn't going to work for me i tried to get a refund. They were not going to give me one. So I took them to court. My judgement in court apparently means nothing. The company has since been bought by another compay (or two I have no idea) and so everyone claims it isn't their money to give.
Without help from a lawyer there really isn't much else I can do. I have no more money left, even to file a garnishment! Without some sort of class action lawsuit I don't think I'll ever see my refund! I know there are other people out there with this same problem!
