Ripped off a Young girl with bad credit Thanks usacomplaints.com

I am a young woman with bad credit. An overdrawn bank account left me in Check systems at the tender age of 17.

I was pleased to recieve a letter from Capital Choice Consumer Credit notifying me of my instant credit approval for a $5,000 credit limit.

Fortunately, I found this website in time to stop payment on the $39.00 money order made out to that company. Why would any credit approval service approve an individual with a bad credit history for a card with thousands of dollars in credit limits?
