Angela, I too have been ripped off by getestore.com. I was a member for several months and when I was having trouble with website (i.E. Their server down, etc..) I emailed them the 1st time it took over 2 weeks to get a response and I only got one because I contacted the BBBonline. After the 3 email, they stated I hadn't specified the question to their liking. When I showed them & BBB proof I did specify what they were asking for they shut up.
Everything was fine for about 1-2 weeks and there again, no response to my emails. Tried to call them (no phone number provided on their website) I did manage to find a couple of numbers and not to my surprise the lines were either busy or the voicemail was full so you couldn't leave a message.
In all, 3-4 times contacting BBBonline, I grew more frustrated, then this spamming thing happens & now I can't get on my site either. JOHN get a life, I too wasn't able to get into my site a few times (going thru getestore.com - like you said and login on the top right). You must be an employee of getestore otherwise why do you keep making Angela look stupid?
I cancelled my membership - tired of the B.S. Really like the concept getestore.com mentioned, but believe this is some guy/gal doing this business in their home and has become overloaded with members.
