I applied for a free credit report, and 30 day trial period free. I received no credit report and they charged my visa 14.95. On 3-15-05. I called them (8004360817) and they said i couldn't cancel on the phone (i called 3-23-05) and gave me an email address to cancel and refund. So far -nothing has been resolved.
