Phone call from Spectra Beneficial offer of credit card for 249 dollars. Nointerest for 3 years then 4.9% interest after ask for checking account number only. Took offer they have already took out the money on 3-07 have not gotten any thing in the mail. Call them they said I would get it about the middle of April.
