Our mortgage was bought by these people before we had a chance to make the first payment to the company we took our mortgage with. Everything seemed fine until we received a letter telling us that they "had" to pay our taxes. We pay our own and they weren't due yet. I called and received a very rude female that would not let me speak to a supervisor. She went as far as telling me she was putting me on hold and not coming back.
Homecomings was suppose to contact the county to request their money back, but I don't think they have. I sent them the check that was returned to me. To get that much done I had to let them know that I had contacted the Arizona State Banking Commission. If anyone gets a class action suit going against this company please count us in.
