All you have to do is call the toll free # and tell them if they do not refund your money you will report them to the New Jersey state attourney generals office of consumer affairs. You can contact this office by calling your local state attourney generals office. I reccomend getting your money back first, then report them. Also watch your phone bill they will begin putting charges on it, if you catch this right away it is fairly easy to have it reversed. Once they do this you should report it to the office of the public utilities commission.
No matter what once you get your money back report this group of cons, otherwise they'll keep getting rich on others hard work and next time it could be a friend or family member. If you follow my advice you will have your money back in no time at all, it has worked for many people. Now lets band together and shut this group of con-artists down.
