I automatically debitted my account for the express delievery 4 weeks ago and have not recieved a card. I recieved one phone call verifying my address and saying that the card had been sent and then returned though all of my normal mail has been delievered without incident, and my postal handler remembers no returned mail (we are old friends) the money is gone from my account and i have no card! When i called the 1-800 # the automated service let me know that without a card number i cannot speak to an actual person! What do i do!
