Please let the people know... Why are they getting away with this. How can they be stopped.
Human compassion is not what they stand for...

I am writing this to let the people know not to trust this bank. They are not for the people but for the people's money...
In 1998 my husband bought a truck that he wanted for some time. I was a bit high priced but he bought it any way. We were both working and managed to pay the 466. Dollars each month. Now six years later already paying over 30 thousand dollars for the truck, that the book value is around 8 thousand, we came into some hard times.
We owe only little over 2 thousand in interst payments. We let the bank know that we are having some problems that will be resolved with some time. We had asked the bank to file a hardship for a couple of months to get back on our feet. The bank requested from us the proof of what was going on so we sent it all to them, indicating that all would be resolved in a couple months and that if all else fails that we would be getting our income taxes and we could pay them off.
In stead of them giving us an answer or consideration to help us out, they came in the middle of the night and towed our truck away not even letting us know, that this what they were going to do. Now this makes it even harder for us. It has brought the cost up even more. I had to take on a job that pays less then half of what I used to make, and my husband's job was 40 minutes away from our home. He to has to change careers after 15 years of being a truck driver. There is no truck driving jobs available in this area for him to go to.
I just wanted to let everone know that CRESCENT BANK & TRUST can not be trusted with any human compasssion. Talk about hurting some one when they are already down, well they are doing a good job. After towing the truck away my husband has called them every day asking them what we need to get the truck back and gets a different answer every day! Now the cost is going up daily and making it impossible for us to get our truck back. The extra cost is now over another thousand dollars.
I am not asking anyone to help us with this other than letting everyone know that this could happen to you. If 6 years of paying on the truck didn't show that we really wanted it, Tell me what proof would they need to know that we really just came into some hard times! —I HAVE SENT THIS LETTER TO ALL THE EDITOR'S IN JUST ABOUT EVERY STATE; JOIN ME... It may not stop them but the people will know!!!
