Ripoff Failed to make a settlement offer that would at least pay Doctor Bills

I have to get an attorney to help me get a settlement from this Company! We were hit form behind! They want to do almost nothing to settle this claim! This is embarising at the least, this is also our Insurance Company. What is this world coming to! Your own Insurance Company won't help.
