I hired them thinking they would help me reduce my tax debt, but all they did was set up a payment plan, which I did myself before, then the IRS discontinued it and not for none payment, but because my tax debt was over the allowable total for that service. So I paid $2800.00 for them to set up a payment plan, but there was no reduction in my tax debt, which is why I paid that money, it's what they advertised. Can someone help me stop this abuse.
