Issue started April TD Bank stole 3 weeks wages from direct deposit for bogus debt fees not owed, from the highest to the lowest.
Class action lawsuit in Florida, the court said no account holder gets money back when the account opened was closed. This account was closed by TD bank, not by me therefore this now becomes a set up to take money. This now appears to be fraud. Federal Law has now been breached The Law states no person's living wages can be taken.
