PNC Bank sent me mail and mentioned I was "PRE-APPROVED" for their PNC Visa Card for a couple of months so I decided to try apply. Tiday, I received mail today stating I was denied??? They also hit my credit report so I was hit with an inquiry on it!!! Wtf!!! Beware of their false advertising tactics to gain banking customers!!!
