Useing the cash store a lending business that borrows you cash then holds your personal check till payday. With extremely high interest for 2weeks. You can just pay the interest and roll over the principle but you never get out of it.
I have been strapped with this many times over the last few yrs and that is my fault but this past oct. Due to loss of wages and other unforseen problems I was not able to make my payment. I contacted the local store In Rice lake and told them of my demise and they said I could work out a payment arrangement with corp. Office in Tex. I was in contact with main office and had worked out a verbal payment agreement. And was sent a written copy of our agreement.
I was to start payment Dec. 13 $100.00 and that amount each month and paid in full with income tax returns. I deposited money in bank (Dec 7th) for first time since oct and before I even had a chance to drive the 40 miles to make a payment they withdrew the amount of the check they still had on them. I understood it was sent to Texas to the main office but I could make my payments localy. They wiped out every thing I had in the bank and then some.
I had just payed bills that were due long before this and now I had along with no money. I had checks sent back unpaid and $! 00 worth of overdrafts. I got no satisfaction from the corporation.
Verbal contracts mean nothing. And they Lied about every thing. And even sending me several bills for 15$ I guess they still figure I owe them. Being honest and forthright to this business means nothing as they are out just for themselves. I have nothing now. Nno bill payed, not even a christmas and for all the money I have given to them in the yrs. That is the thank you I get.
