Rip-off! Scam!

Thank you usacomplaints.com You not only saved me 300 dollars but more importantly you saved me from being beaten by my wife.

I got a call from this company on 2 different occasions on my cell phone. The first time I was at work and could not talk so I asked them to call me back at home, never got a call back on my home phone but I did get a call back on 12-13-04 on my cell phone (it is against FTC regualations for a telemarketing company to call a cell number unless specifically asked by the individual) Just like all the other people on the message board I was offered a $4000 credit limit and a bunch of other junk that was said too fast for me to comprehend. I am sure that in this part of the speech that I missed I was told that I would be getting a package instead of a card for my hard earned $299.00.

During the scam artists... I man telemarketers speech I was told that the card had a 0% APR for the lifetime of the card... So I ask after she is finished with her line, how much the interest rate of the card was again, and she repeated it was 0% and the preceeded to tell me that this is why the charge the $300 up front. This awesome APR seemed a little too good to be true so I did a goodle search and came to this site while I had her on the phone. LO and Behold it was a scam.

I hope that anyone this company has taken advantage of will get their money back Business practices like this sicken me. They are purposely going after people who are attempting to clean their credit up (me included) knowing that the promise of an unsecured card will get a lot of people biting, and then they deliver nothing... Not even the welcome packaget that they are dubiously attempting to sell.

I am going to report this company to as many places as I can. They must be stopped and they must be forced to repay those they have duped.
