This is a report of a company called Foreclosure Solutions. (Pre-Paid Financial Services) This company promised they could get refinancing. They claimed that they were 99% sure that this would happen.
I paid $1500.00 for this service, which did not happen. Resulting in the sale of my home. To my knowledge this company was only dealing with my present mortgage leader. This service was not needed. I could deal with my mortgage company on my own with no fee needed. I have done this in the past.
Since theie services were not used I excepted my $1500.00 refunded. This company told me that this would not happen. They have taken this money under false pretenses. Hope this report will help other consumers from making the same mistake I have.
