Ripoff money was taken from my checking account and I can't use card or contact them. I want to try to stop Las Vegas, Nevada

I Twanda, feel I've been rip off for the amount of 199.99 by CcA 800-760-4045 (precuthID) 18880430856. Thinking I could used these two cards. First National 1 and Cash on -Demand card. Please help me to recover my money. When trying to reach them no answer or music stating everyone is busy.
