Attempting to charge me for a debt settled

On feb 18 2009, a credit card debt was settled for $3,547.00 in full. This card had been comprimised and we went to court over this. I received a 1099c from them stating they charged off $9598.33 on 12/31/2012. I have talked to several people and all I get is a run around. No results. I have a killing disease and I have deceided to go to the local tv media to tell my story. They are all shocked after looking at the documents I have about this case. It took these people 4 years to look at this and think that they will shaft me again. I promise be for I die, I will have my day against these people. I will loose my ss over thisI want justice and have had 4 attorneys come forth to help me with this case.
