Rip-off they stole $159.00 from my bank account

I looked at my bank statment today and it shows 11-29 1-866-630-3757 VIP CARD 159.00. I never ordered this card or even inquired about it. I do not know how they even got my bank information. I called them to say that I never ordered the card and to give my money back and they refused and said that I did order it. When I disputed it they said to file a police report and hung up the phone. I will be calling the police and reporting the company.
