National Bank of Commerce NBC Bank Are Thieves Banks need to be stopped from maneuvering transations in order to charge NSF ripoff

I had enough money in my account to cover to small check that I had written. I checked my account on the internet and to my surprise the bank had bounced the 2 small checks and charged me 32.00 each plus the cable company had ran a debit through for a larger amount and charged my account 32.00 more dollars.

What the bank did instead of paying the 2 small check that would have been covered they ran the larger amount.instead of making 32.00 they made 96.00. They said it is their policy to run the biggest $ item first. I know that the small amount checks came
through first and they maneuvered the transactions.
