Ripoff fraudulent billing do not follow through with commitments to consumers

This company contacted me on my prepaid cellular. They talk a great game. However, I am quite dissapointed with their follow through.

Along with the inconvienance of witholding already tight budgets, the lack in manpower and it shows with poor customer service and negative web acess.
Someone needs to shut these criminals down before more are, RIPPED-OFF!
