Disgraceful Denial of Blatantly Legitimate Dispute/Comprimised Card
I just had my account now for three months and in early December I noticed there were $750 dollars debited from my account to 3 companies all located in Beijing and the transactions are for identical amounts... Then they send a letter stating that "... Based on information that the Merchant in this Claim provided, we will not be crediting your account, etc."
WTF? And that evidence used to reach their decision is available on request?
Why do they call it "information" when it [whatever information is] and then "evidence" the first sendtence o thes.
Not only were the charges fraudulent and disputed immediatly unpon realizing what had happened. I had to send in my dispute form by fax 2 times and finally via email in order for AccountNOW to even start the process.
I have been stonewalled from even discussing my claim with the Risk Department, they ignore my calls and an uncountable number of requests to assist and get answers.
I feel raped by accountNOW! Beware their tactics and disgustingly politcal and non-customer driven practice/procedures.
I am going to file an action in Civil Court to seek judgment for all damages, fees, costs AND I will ask for punitive damages from tttttttttthem and hopefully will succeed
