SST aka system and services technology (which I think is an assumed name for UAC) is the worst company I have ever dealt with. At 8:05 in the morning on the 12th of the month I received a phone call from SST. They informed me my payment was 5 days late. Of course I said "so what" I had already mailed the payment. Can you believe they said they were going to repossess the vehicle???
We have been paying on this car for 4 years. We only financed 12k - we still owe over 8500. You might as not even try to get a payoff amount from them - it changes drastically on a daily basis. They also do not post payments the day the receive them and I have actually been charged late fees and finance charges for 12 days after the check had cleared the bank.
They will not mail records when requested and they do not take notes when they call - I had the same person call me within ten minutes of the 1st call I told him I just talked to you, he responded well its not in my notes.-They conveniently lose important paperwork. Like the original loan document..
Buyers Beware - this company will take you for all youve got even if you have good credit!!!
