I was sent an email stating I would be eligable for a low interest loan no matter what my credit was like. So I went to the online application and filled out the information. I was sceptical from the get go but my curiosity got the better of me. The on thing i really regret was that I gave them my social security # on the application along with all of my other info address and all so I am worried about waht they might do with this info. As I am already trying to straiten out my credit.
So anyway they soon contacted me and offered me the loan 8% as long as I could give them my checking accout # so tey could take the first 3 apyments of $225.00 for a total of $675.00. As soon as they recieved this first payment the 5400.00 dollars I was going to borrow would be transfered into my account within 48 hours. I tried to see if i could get any info on the company before I gave them any more information and had no such luck even the email address was a dead end as far as any info. It seems to me like they are also using the name of realestate agent named Pat Kilgore in their efforts to con people.
I did not go through with the loan but they still scammed me out of some prett personal information. Which I know I should not be giving out over the internet but I was a little desperate at the time and that is why they got me. It is just sad they are taking advantage of people in this financial state. I mean isn't it bad enough that we are already in a bind with having to have our money, trust and possibly our lives taken from us as well.
If there is anyone who is after these thieves I would love to help in anyway possibe, I would also like to find out what they did with my info as I have already been a victim of Identity theft. (I know, you would think I would be alittle more sceptical, well i am, I was just in bad way at the time, I just thank God that is all they took from. So far anyway.)
