No Communications, nothing done for us

Contacted this company in Sept. 2011. Took our money of $500 and have done nothing for us since.

Have tried contacting them and always get a recording that they will return call, never do.

Would like our money returned as we feel they have had a generous amount of time to help us and are tired of phone calls to no avail.

They turned us over to Innovative Law Group to help but we canceled the contract, however, we feel Nationwide owes us our $500.
