I have been trying to modify my nortgage for over 3 years and have recieved nothing but a run around from asc and wells fargo. I modified my mortgage in 8/09 made the first payment then in 9/09 they refused to take my payments because I was in chapter 13 bankruptsy after 4 months of my aty and trustee telling them that it was ok to work with me they said that I had to start the process over.By this time my husband left the house and they told me there was no way to modify because he was on the deed I continued to call them weekly to try and save home every time I spoke to somebody they had a different answer why they wouldnt accept my payments they told me I was in forclosure then they said I wasnt and they didnt want to take home. So finally after of over a year of not getting anywhere I file a complaint with there company soon there after I recieved a call form somebody in there bankruptsy specialist dept saying that I my modification was finalized in 3/10 and that I didnt I didnt make the payments of 479 per month I tried to explain that they never told me that nor did they send me any paperwork she didnt understand why I wasnt notified or why they didnt tell me that in any of the many conversations that I had with them she said she would check on it and call me back. I never heard from her again I left many messages with supervisors no results. I again continued to call them and work this out the process began again. They told me that if i did a quit deed claim removing my ex husband of property that they would be able to help me I did that and complied with all their requests and thought everything was going good then I recieved a letter stating that my payment would be 1216 per month I explained that they based this decision from wrong info that my child support stopped and the bonuses were calculated wrong and that I couldnt afford that, they said ok we sill start process again. I again sent all information and proof of income and recieved a call stating that they lowered my payment to 1146 when I asked how that figure came about with me losing 6800 a year in child support and actual bonus of 600 a month istead of 1000 tht they calculated I was told that he didnt know but that was my only option when I requested again as I have requested for the last 2 years for tapes to be pulled of all the conversations that I have had with them I was told thier not avilable and even if I take their modification my xhusband has to agree My issue is this they are reporting on cbr that my paymnt is 479 mnth and that has never been the case. This company has led me on for years and refused to allow me to make my payments now me and my 9year old are about to be forced out of our home when I tried to explain to them that this severe arears were not my fault and that i could get cell phone records showing all the calls I made to them and that I wasnt fairly treated he said there is nothing he could do either pay 1146 or they will pull me out of thier modification program. My problem is this I was approved for modification in 2009 for 479 based on combined income of 105000 now im told that my salery of 50000 im apprved for 1146 a month something doesnt sound right and why am I not eligable for government help just whatever the mortgage co wants to offer me
