Ive been with credit one bank as a credit card consumer for over a year. My balance is 300 and my minimum payment is 25. I have a 75 limit to cash withdrawal and no pin.
I recently came into a bind and my budget was off by TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS. However i planned to explain this to another bank, this had NOTHING to do with credit one! I PAID credit one however for whatever reason they just REFUSE to honor my credit union account and put them money BACK. Okay, i figured a miracle happened because no one is that STUPID and they were just going to charge me next month so i used that money to pay another card SINCE THEY PUT THE MONEY BACK!!!???
Okay so i pay another credit card with the TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS from the SAME credit union account and have had NO PROBLEMS. Alright, so some DAYS later credit one claims i never paid them, they claim that i made a late payment and they claimed my account information was wrong (IDIOTS).
