I received several call from Dominion Financial stating I am approved for a $5000.00 unsecured mastercard, with a one time lifetime fee of $279.00. The company withdrew out of my bank account $279.00 on October 20th.
I was informed if I was not happy with the card I was to send the card back for a refund. Upon reviewing the information I received November 13th, I recognized there was no physical address listed, Canadian address and PO Box information.
On November 15 I spoke with a lady and according to the representative "the Verifiers" do not know what they are talking about and it was my responsibility to get all information in writing before accepting any offers. She told me, yelling, I could not get my money back.
One hour later, I called and spoke to a man representative who only stated to write Human Resources to get your money back.
Today, I'm looking up the company to be swamped with rip off reports regarding this company.
Out of good faith trying to secure a resource for my children and I, I sacrafice $279.00 from my first time public assistance check hoping I've made a good decision. Now out of shelter and $279.00.
