Taken money out of my bank account

On Nov. 01 $104.38 was removed from my account for nothing. I'd like my money-back on my card a.S.A.P. I don`t actually understand what telepay is for. Would you please mail me and inform what that cash arrived of my take into account? And what I have to do to obtain my money-back?
