GUY PARSONS — RIPPED OFF A CLIENT OF MINE WHO PAID HIM $5000 for a so called "underwriting fee" that he had to have up front. He then claimed as many have seen and read on this reprot that he was in the hospital for some "cardiac" condition. Then he tells my client that he was in the hospital for a "pulmonary condition"... Everyone hears the same BS from GUY PARSONS... He only tells you what you want to hear and gets you to pay an UP FRONT fee of $5000 and then BAILS on you.
You cannot reach him on the phone or cannot get him to call you back. My Client. Kurt Kaiser (212)-300-6669 would be happy to tell you how he was SCAMMED by this DIRT BAG. We have even talked to the lender who he said was doing the commercial deal for Kurt and he told us directly that they DO NOT COLLECT up front fees from any broker for Underwriting... Nice try guy... LIAR!!! YOU TOOK MONEY FROM KURT and eveyone who searches your name will know what a piece of CRAP you are... You are a thief and a liar.
If he tells you he had references for loans that have closed... And that he has a "corporate attorney"... Its all BS... Bs... Bs... GUY PARSONS IS FULL OF BS and excuses... Do not work with this person... He will RIP YOU OFF... Be warned.
