1. I purchased 2 bracelets online. Neither one was slightly like the ring I requested.
2. I named to obtain directions for shipping the bracelets back.
They don't reply the telephone. I've to depart recorded communications that they dismiss. They don't call-back.
3. Horrible customer support. Horrible organization.
