Okay, I loved Ulta. I had to give up the hair salon, because, for $60, they were the same as if I went to Super Cuts. Now, everytime I go in, it is a mess! Today, for instance, I wanted to buy an ULTA lipstick. Has anyone looked at the display? It's empty, dirty, has used lipsticks all over. I actually dove into the bins below to try and find my choice. NO ONE ever assisted me, nor asked if they could! Two "clerks" were deep in conversation, not one even acknowledged me. I'm sure that I would have purchased much more, if I had some assistance. I navigated the store by myself. Bridgepointe is definitely going down, down, downhill.
