I am writing about my experience with Ulta... Not about the employees but the organization.
I went to Ulta, Mooresville, NC to purchase the advertised gel set for nails... It was a couple of days after the advertisement and I found only a couple of items left of the complete set needed for this process... I was told that they didn, t get many in. I went ahead and bought the nail lite dryer and color but needed 3 more items to complete the process.
I was told to call back Mon morning when they open and reserve the items. I called this morning and there is no evidence that the supply actually came.
I have difficulty believing
That a large company as yours doesn't
Have a bigger supply of one of the biggest new products for today... No at Ulta knows when or to know how much is coming. As customers we have to go running to the store and calling there just in case you have it or that the supply is again small.
I just called again and was told that the only items that came were the ones that the store DIDN: T run out of and no products to fill the ones that were out... Can you please do better filling the items that are advertised in the large flier on Sundays, people expect these items to be in stock...
